Sweepstakes Entry Rules
And now for that boring, but necessary Sweepstakes fine print:
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase or payment of money is necessary to enter. To enter the 10th Anniversary Shopping Spree Sweepstakes, fill out our online form, all fields are required. Fax, mail and phone entries are not valid. Limit one entry per person.
- TIME PERIOD. This sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2006 and ends on September 1, 2006. Femail Creations assumes no responsibility for late or misdirected entries.
- PRIZE(S). All will be awarded. Prizes will consist of ten $100 gift certificates to Femail Creations.
- DRAWING. Winner will be selected in a random drawing. The drawing will be held no later than September 10, 2006 by Femail Creations whose decision is final. Winners will be notified by email or phone by no later than September 17, 2006. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
- ELIGIBILITY. The sweepstakes is open to U.S. legal residents 18 years of age or older only. Employees of Femail Creations and their family members are not eligible. Affiliates of Femail Creations are not eligible. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by federal, state or local laws. Applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release that will allow the use of winner's name by Femail Creations.
- WINNERS LIST. If you would like the name of the winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Femail Creations, attention Anniversary Sweepstakes Winner, 2485 West Horizon Ridge, Henderson, Nevada 89052. Requests for winners list must be received by September 10, 2006. Allow 8 weeks for delivery of winners list.
